He brings his years of knowledge and experience to his manufacturing unit, making the tastiest pickles, murabba (fruit preserves), and sharbat.

As a vice president of the National Achar and Murabbas Industry in Delhi in 2004, then as president of the Amritsar Achaar and Murabba Industry Association, Mr. Thukral was elected as the State President of the Food Processing Industry in Punjab in 2010.

To ensure that the very best quality reaches the consumers, state-of-the-art Microbial and Quality Control Labs are part of its manufacturing facilities. With a legacy in the Indian food processing industry that dates back over 45 years (YES! We are the third generation!) we are dedicated to quality. We will never sell you anything we wouldn’t want to eat ourselves. Don’t take our word for it, try our products for yourself! We promise you will love them!

In 2008, we expanded our manufacturing unit to process and package dried fruit, nuts & other superfoods. From sourcing the finest quality of dry fruits from around the world, to sorting, grading, roasting, packaging them, everything we do, we do with lots of love and care.

We opened our first retail outlet Thukral Di Hatti in August 2008 as a healthier alternative to snacking and the concept remains the same till date.
