Sweet Mango Pickle or Meetha Aam Achhaar, hearing this my mouth starts watering. This pickle is made with freshly picked, off-ripe mangoes. They are peeled, cut into very thin slices, and simmered in sugar syrup with garlic cloves, bay leaves, peppercorns, chilli powder, cumin and fennel seeds.
