Orders & shipping

How soon will my order ship?

Your package is dispatched within 3 business days of your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes a minimum of 7 business days. Your package is delivered to the address you give us at checkout.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. We ship across India and abroad. The shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout.

My parcel arrived damaged. What do I do?

Send us a picture of the damaged product by email or WhatsApp. Don't worry: we will replace it or refund you, depending on the situation.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes. Unused products can be returned within 14 days, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. Discounted items can't be returned. See our refund policy for the details.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for it to be processed. We refund the price of the product; the original shipping cost can't be refunded.

Our products

Where are your products made?

In Amritsar. Our achaar, murabba and sharbat are made in our own manufacturing unit, which is ISO 9001 certified with its own microbial and quality-control labs. Our dry fruits, nuts and seeds are processed and packed there too.
