Shipping policy

We pack every order by hand at our shop in Amritsar and send it with trusted courier partners.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within India only. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. During festivals and sales it can take a little longer; we will let you know if there is a delay.

Delivery

How long delivery takes after dispatch depends on your pin code and the courier. Big cities are usually quicker; remote areas can take longer. When your order is dispatched we let you know, with tracking details where available.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge for your order, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Your address

Please check your address, pin code and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange delivery again; the extra shipping may be charged.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, or something is wrong or missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. See our Refund policy for how.
