These terms apply when you visit www.thukralfoods.com or buy from us. Please read them before you place an order. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, please buy with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Our products

Our products are foods. Photographs show typical examples; being natural products, colour, size and texture can vary from batch to batch.
Please read the label on each pack for ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and the best-before date, and follow them. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, check the label or ask us before you buy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed by our checkout and payment partners. We do not store your card or bank details.
If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.

Orders

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation. We may cancel an order, in full or in part, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraudulent use. If we cancel, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items to your original payment method. If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; orders that have not yet been dispatched can usually be cancelled.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Dispatch times, delivery and damaged parcels are covered in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Your privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Reviews and messages

If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is your own, is accurate, and does not break any law or anyone else's rights. You allow us to show it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos and designs on this website belong to Thukral Foods or are used with permission. You may view them for your own personal use, but you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

Links to other websites

This website may link to websites run by others, for example our payment and delivery partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

We take care to describe our products accurately and to keep this website working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions or government action. We will keep you informed and, where we cannot deliver, refund you.

Grievances

As required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Amritsar, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.
