Galgal is the big, juicy hill lemon of Punjab. We pickle it with ginger and traditional spices for a sour, zesty, warming achaar.
It keeps well, so a jar lasts through the season.

- Hill Lemon (25%), Ginger (20%), Green Chilli (20%), Other Spices and Condiments, Acidity Regulator (INS 260), Preservative (INS 211)

- With parathas, dal-chawal, khichdi and curd rice.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a dry spoon.
