About this product
Meetha aam ka achaar: firm, just-ripe mangoes, peeled, sliced thin and simmered in sugar syrup with garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, chilli, cumin and fennel.
Sweet first, then warm spice. Lovely with parathas, and even on toast.
